6-Week Program Cycle

Our programs focus on growing your athletic base and increasing range of motion throughout your full body. Our programs are scheduled 3 days a week and split into week phases as follows: Week 1: Mobility - Focused on lengthening tight muscles and increasing range of motion. Week 2: Stability - Focused on finding stability through each side of the body individually. Week 3: Alignment- Focused on creating a powerful connection between both sides of the body. Week 4: Strength - Focused on increasing strength and hypertrophy through the full body. Week 5: Power - Focused on athletic power and speed, this is the most dynamic phase. Week 6: Conditioning - Focused on enhancing muscular and cardiovascular stamina.
